Reality Check:
Our Reality Check facility helps to track and control the amount of time you spend playing. Customers can choose a specific duration that suits them. Once set, you’ll receive an alert when you’ve been playing for the specified time. At that point, you’ll be required to choose one of the following options:
- Continue playing (OK)
- Log Out
- Betting History
The Reality Check tool will start from login and once the interval has been reached, the reminder will appear on screen.
Selecting ‘Log Out’ will log you out of your account completely. Should you wish to continue playing, then you will need to select ‘OK’.
If 'Betting History' is selected, you will be taken to sports betting/games history page. However, when you go back to the game, the reminder will still be present.
You can visit My Account and follow the below steps:
1) Select Responsible Gambling
2) Select Account Controls
3) See Reality Check
4) Choose your specified time reminder
5) Select OK
Total Self-Exclusion:
If you feel your sensible gambling has stopped or you think you could be developing a gambling problem, we recommend you self-exclude from our services.
Our Total Self-exclusion option allows customers to self-exclude for a period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years.
We aim to process any request for self-exclusion as soon as possible following request. Please note you will receive confirmation email once this has been processed.
You can visit My Account and follow the below steps:
1) Select Responsible Gambling
2) See Total Self-exclusion
3) Choose your time period
4) Select Confirm
5) Select Exclude
Please note that if you initiate Self Exclusion via the Website, the self-exclusion will not take effect until you click on the link in the confirmation email sent to your email address you used to register with 21Bet .

Device Blocking Options:
For people who have learned that gambling just isn’t for them, sometimes it’s a good idea to take every step possible to prevent access to gambling sites. To help with this there’s some clever software which can completely block individual computers / devices from accessing gambling sites.
We’ve listed a few examples below, in case you’d like to check them out:
Other options for device blocking are aimed specifically at parents and whilst we have strict measures in place to try and stop people under the age of 18 from gambling with us, we know what young people can be like, always keen to get access to their parent’s devices! So, for that reason we recommend looking into what’s available to help prevent minors from being able to use our products.
There are many great software options out there to help manage device and internet access but here’s a small selection you may want to have a look at:
